Magnetic Resonance Force Microscopy (MRFM) Controllers

SC Solutions is developing a next-generation Magnetic Resonance Force Microscopy (MRFM) frequency estimator and cantilever resonance controller. Building on our research experience with the latest MRFM setups we are able to detect smaller frequency changes for resonance frequencies up to 20 kHz, at an improved scanning rate. This enables a significantly increased imaging quality, at faster rates.

We combine all processing required for frequency detection and cantilever control into one module that works for a wide range of cantilever resonance frequencies. Our system can be easily integrated into your National Instrument LabVIEW™ application. Custom solutions can be developed by us, or by you using our generic Windows DLL interface.
