Matt Bowers, Phoebe Cheng and Jay Lin of SC Solutions attended the 2014 ASCE Region 9 Symposium on Friday, March 14. The event was held at Delancy Street Foundation at The Embarcadero in San Francisco.
The Symposium featured a presentation on Devil’s Slide, a tunnel project that is part of SC’s portfolio of work. The presentation was made by Ed Der, Construction Manager at Caltrans. Other SC projects that were highlighted at the Symposium included Caldecott Tunnel, Central Subway, Panama Canal and Port of Oakland. Keynote speeches were made by Bry Sarte of Sherwood Institute and Jason Albritton from Senator Barbara Boxer’s office.
