As a long-time leading bridge engineer for Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) and others, Chuck brings a wealth of knowledge and trusted experience in all aspects of bridge design and constructability, especially regarding structural and seismic considerations. Additionally, he has been widely recognized for outstanding achievements in professional and technical leadership, both regionally and nationally.
Chuck was highly valued and successful during his previous 8-year tenure with SC, through 2014. In returning to SC, Chuck plans to build upon those successes by providing leadership, oversight support, and expert advisement for a wide range of transportation projects.
