Alex Krimotat

Mr. Krimotat has over 40 years of experience in Structural Engineering, especially in seismic performance, soil-structure interaction, bridge engineering, and severe event and accident consequence evaluations spanning various industries. 

Mr. Krimotat joined Structural Integrity Associates, Inc. (SIA) in January 2024 when he and his talented team of structural engineers from SC Solutions were welcomed during a merger of the two organizations.  He now leads SIA’s Critical Infrastructure Solutions (CIS) team. 

Mr. Krimotat received a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Florida in 1979. He formerly worked at SC Solutions as the VP of Structural Engineering, Control Data Corporation as the Technical Support Manager for Bechtel Corporation and as an Engineer with John Blume & Associates, Structural Dynamics Technology, Inc., NUTECH Corporation, and Westinghouse.
